NOTE: Please SIGN UP for Downriver Race, Hikes and Kayak Throwdown in advance. Schedule subject to change based on number of people signed up, weather, river and snow levels. Check for schedule updates at the festival site.

Re: Shuttle – Shuttle service will commence at the times noted below and move continuously throughout the event. Driving distances are not great, so loading and unloading time will be key, please be organized and ready to go!

Ongoing throughout festival: Moveo's massage tent, sponsor tents, demo boats from Glenmore Paddlesports and Western Canoeing and Kayaking

Friday:

9:00 – Volunteers available for shuttle vehicle p/u, Meal Equipment p/u, setup, etc.
12:00 – 17:00 – Unofficial Runs (w/ volunteer shuttle if available).
17:00 – Campground (Tamihi Creek) Check-in begins. Registration open.

Saturday:

08:00 – Registration open – Collect your Festival T-shirt!
08:00 – 10:00 Breakfast sponsored by Tim Hortons
08:30 – Volunteers meeting
09:00 – SAFETY MEETING – ALL MUST ATTEND
09:30 – First Shuttles of the day / Guided Runs for those ‘new’ to the Chilliwack
10:00 – Bus Super Shuttle Departs Tamihi (dependant on #’s - TBC)
10:00 - Non-Paddler Activity: Guided Hike
12:00 Noon – Lunch (on your own)
13:00 – Afternoon Guided Runs for those ‘new’ to the Chilliwack
17:00 – Downriver Race (site to be confirmed, sign up at registration)
16:30 – Last Upstream Shuttle departs
18:30 – Dinner service begins
20:00 – Club presentation, Contest Prize presentations
21:00 – Silent Auction(s) go Live, Raffle/door prize presentations
21:30 – MUSIC - Band “Switch” providing Entertainment

Sunday:

08:00 – Continental camping style breakfast available
09:00 – First Shuttles of the day
12:00 Noon – Lunch (on your own)
12:30 – Dry Land Contests (details TBA) – Paddlers and Non!
13:00 - WORLD KAYAK THROWDOWN (registration 12:00 noon)
13:00 – 16:00 – Unofficial Runs (w/ volunteer shuttle if available)
18:00 – Festival Ends, volunteer cleanup
20:00 – Campground checkout, return vehicles, etc.
